At Imagine Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Imagine Online account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the device at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
